Kilian Playing With The Devil

              Kilian Playing With The Devil

Introduction :-

Playing With The Devil was launched in 2013 under the one of the best niche fragrance house in the world known as Kilian. Playing With The Devil by By Kilian is a Amber Floral fragrance for Women. Inspiration is fiery, flirtatiously fierce, Playing with the Devil is unforgettable. Playing With The Devil, it seems the fun takes a delightful turn for the risqué perhaps like a seemingly innocuous game of Truth or Dare. It never fully abandons its freshness, and never gets too dark or dirty, but rather hints at a sensuality that every girl good or bad would want in her scent arsenal. The Devil slinks into the Garden of Good and Evil, cloaked in red, emitting fire, and adding a painful bite to everything he touches. He curls his way around the cedar tree that smells mostly of green freshness with a tinge of damp earthy sweetness, entwines himself around branches carrying lychees and cassis, and breathes a hot red mist of chili all over it. Then, he vanishes in a puff of crimson smoke, leaving fruits that are sweet with a slightly poisoned, synthetic touch. But his crimson present barely lasts, and the evil drains quickly from the Garden of Eden, returning it back to a state of fruited sweetness. It’s an increasingly abstract “goodness,” a fresh blur of fruits that soon takes on a creamy tone with vanilla, before turning into powdered and a little bit sour in their staleness. That’s what happens when Playing with the DevilThe impact of the Devil in the Garden of Good and Evil has been turned from a whimsical allegory into concrete perfume form by Kilian Hennessey. It carries the mythological story of Adam & Eve where Devil provokes Eve to commit sin to pluck and eat the prohibited fruit by God. The Garden of Good and Evil collection Playing with the Devil‘s description on, “it is the myth of original sin” where “the world of perfume enters into the garden of Eden and shows us another side of the story” with a “tribute to forbidden fruits of Adam & Eve”  In The Garden of Good & Evil by the house of By Kilian presents the fourth edition this year, called Playing With The Devil, inspired by forbidden fruit interpreted in modern, imaginative way. The concept of god and evil is recognized in this composition in which on the one side the creator offers sweet, fruity tamed accord sprinkled with insolence and lecherous heat of resin and hot spices. Kilian’s latest launch is "Playing with the Devil", a brand new addition to the brand’s ‘In the Garden of Good and Evil’ collection. From the name and gorgeous white and gold packaging, something truly exceptional from this series. A Woman who plays with the Devil.

Remark :-

Creamy sandalwood on the drydown gives a smoldering quality, for a playful twist on a scandalizing encounter.  Woods in all their forms - from sandalwood to cedarwood, from patchouli to Vetyver but always with a Kilian twist: rum, coffee, cacao, cognac, whisky, as a reminder of Kilian Hennessy's heritage. Playing with the Devil is the fourth edition in Kilian's series of tributes to forbidden fruits. Here, as with the rest of the series, he uses the concept of good & evil as inspiration for a modern fruit-led composition. And as with the three previous scents in the series, naughty always wins out. The nectar freshness of lychee and the crispness of white peach playfully engage black pepper and pimento. The effect is a top with both a flirty tartness and a soft, powdery gauziness. All the crispness in the opening eventually gives way to a woody floral heart, wherein May Rose and jasmine Sambac soften earthy wood notes of cedar, Sandalwood and patchouli. The rich, woody heart grows softer, even more powdery, and increasingly sensual as it dries down into its final animalic-tinged ambery base of tonka, benzoin and vanilla. Composition of Playing with the Devil wins you over at first glance with charm of its zests of litchi, sweet and gently spiced notes of blood orange, black currant and velvety white peach. The sweet fruity start is "shaken" with a spicy blend of pimento and pepper to accentuate the splendor of rose and jasmine flowers in the heart of the composition. The coarser nature is provided to the floral-spicy blend by woody notes of sandalwood, cedar and patchouli that give the depth and darker shades. The composition is again tamed by warm resinous notes of benzoin and smoky tonka, further softened by velvety vanilla overall smells exactly like “Enchanted Forest”. Any Woman who wants to Play With The Devil and love to commit sin can wear this at anytime and anywhere.
