Moschino Toy

                          Moschino Toy

Introduction :-

Toy was launched in 2014 under the famous toy brand Moschino. Toy by Moschino is a Floral Woody Musk fragrance for women and men. Moschino is a fashion brand known for its bright, playful designs that take inspiration from colorful toys and pop culture. Designer Jeremy Scott became the creative director of Moschino in 2013. Fun fashion collections that he has done for this house were inspired by fast food, pop culture, Sponge Bob cartoons and the Barbie doll. In this style, the new fragrance from Moschino launched by Jeremy Scott is named Moschino Toy. Moschino Toy comes in an unusual bottle that looks like a teddy bear who is wearing a T-shirt saying "THIS IS NOT A MOSCHINO TOY." The bottle is inside the teddy bear and diffuser is revealed when take off the bear’s head. “From the depths of the wild, stuffed animal kingdom comes TOY, Moschino’s latest fragrance. Conceived by Moschino Creative Director Jeremy Scott, TOY smashes every fragrance preconception to bits, boldly redrawing its form, function and fabulousness.” – Says Moschino. “I wanted to push the fragrance beyond the realm of what a perfume looks like, or how it’s packaged. And I think we’ve achieved that!” –  Says Jeremy Scott. Created by perfumer Alexandra Kosinski (Etat Libre d’Orange Cologne), TOY displays woody, floral and citrus notes that are intended to be evocative of the bear’s forest home. Whether TOY is exactly that, a toy, or a perfume, or a teddy bear, or all of the above depends on how to approach it. What cannot be denied however, is that this is an attention-grabbing launch that breathes new life into the world of Moschino parfums, and an incredibly cute one at that. While researching the Moschino archives, he came across Franco Moschino’s love of teddy bear motifs a sly comment on society when incorporated into expensive designer gowns and jackets. He quickly dreamt up the idea of a teddy bear that hides a fragrance inside. Already from the name, a game in fact, it recalls the fun and amused allure of the brand and its stylist; but what is surprising is the object itself, definitely far from the imaginary world of perfumery: a teddy bear, a 'teddy bear'. Moschino Toy is contained in a cardboard box just like that of children's games, complete with the words 'try me' and 'touch me'. It’s impossible to look at TOY, the latest fragrance from Italian fashion brand, Moschino and not smile. The perfume is packaged inside a cuddly little teddy bear, so one’s initial encounter with the fragrance will usually involve the utterance of noises such as “aww” and “squee” and cries of “OH. MY. GOD. IT’S. SO. BLOOMING. CUTE” and “IT’S SO FLUFFY I’M GONNA ’DIE”. It is after all, incredibly cute and that gorgeous little face is adorably cheeky, and impossible to resist. It represents the Generation Z who are into so pop culture barbies, toys, hotwheels, teddies, vibrant colours, sneaker heads, indulge in social media culture, creating videos, posting pictures, pick ups, link ups, hook ups, break ups, are normal for them. Everything is all about self success, self growth, self pleasure, self obsession, it's all about loving self. The teddy bear design was inspired by one of Moschino's early pieces, a teddy bear dress worn by Gloria von Thurn und Taxis in 1988. The face of the fragrance is Isabeli Fontana, who wears a similar dress in the new fragrance campaign. It's packaged in an old-fashioned carton box, making it look like a cute teddy bear you'd buy in a toy shop, complete with the cliché "TRY ME" and "TOUCH ME" buttons but... when lift the head off it's actually a perfume! The diffuser is hidden inside the bear who's wearing a "THIS IS NOT A MOSCHINO TOY" t-shirt. The face of the campaign is a model Isabella Fontana, shot by Steven Meisel. TOY is the brainchild of Moschino’s Creative Director, Jeremy Scott, who has worked with the likes or Rihanna, Katy Perry, Björk, Madonna, Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga, just to name a small sample of the upper echelon of pop divas that he has collaborated with. The scent is being positioned by the brand as a “revolutionary product launch” that offers “a completely innovative way to package, show and sell fragrance”, posing the question whether this bear is a perfume or a toy. It also serves as a nice nod back to Moschino’s founder, Franco Moschino, who famously used stuffed animals on garments in his 1988 Fall-Winter collection. This perfume comes in a unique plus bottle shaped like a teddy bear. The bear wears a shirt with the words “This is not a Moschino toy” printed across the front.Jeremy Scott is the current creative director, and has been since 2013. The brand has been releasing scents since 1987, and has released 24 in that time. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations. Even the packaging is a wink at consumer culture. The box that hides the bear is designed to look like classic doll packaging of the 1960s and 70s with a clear window on the front, bold text and eye-popping colour. Scott loves to juxtapose high and low in all his designs. He’ll take a high quality fragrance and put it into a bottle or packaging inspired by something common and every day. Bottle collecting has become hugely popular in recent times with collectors hosting online auctions and sales. These kind of designer fragrance limited editions often become very desirable.

Remark :-

Toy is unique, subtle, soft, green, aromatic, spicy, woody, floral, citrusy fresh, ozonic, masterpiece unisex fragrance for Men and Women. This woody-floral-musk scent for women and men perfectly balances fresh citrus, soothing lavender with smooth woods. Skillfully combines brisk juniper and fresh mandarin with clean sandalwood and a hint of vanilla. The charming teddy-bear bottle hides a layered and accomplished scent within. It opens with notes of mandarin, cardamom and bergamot to continue in a heart of lavender, violet and hawthorn petals and finish in a woody trail of sandalwood, vanilla, mountain moss and acacia. It incorporates woody, floral and citrus notes for a delightfully youthful fragrance. Fresh and bright notes of mandarin, slightly bitter bergamot, juniper berries and cardamom. The middle notes have the herbal tinge of lavender and hawthorn petals. The warm, earthy base notes include vanilla and musk, with cedar and sandalwood adding a dose of woodiness to this fragrance’s finish. If expecting TOY to smell like a beastly little bear, or even a soft and cuddly sweet little thing, then going to be quite surprised by the first spritz of this perfume, as TOY is neither of these things. In fact, TOY is shockingly fresh and outdoorsy right from the outset, opening itself up with glaringly bright citrus notes that verge on the extreme, casting an almost metallic cleanliness that is sparse, and crisply clinical. There’s a touch of spice too, that provides a textured and astringent backdrop to the otherwise smooth cleanliness of the bergamot and mandarin that dominate the opening. As the initial blast of citrus fruits subdues, TOY becomes decidedly more floral, but avoids the usual culprits of rose, jasmine and gardenia, and instead opts for the more herbal, earthy and sweet tones of lavender and violet. The use of these two purple flowers gives TOY a forest-y feel and amplifies that expansive, outdoors vibe that permeates the opening so strongly, with the aquatic feel of the violet leaf that brings an almost masculine tone to the proceedings. In the base, TOY warms up and starts to display the plush character one would expect from, well, a plush character. The softness comes from the marriage of creamy sandalwood and vanilla, the former of which provides a subtle spice, whilst the latter brings some sweetness. A touch of moss keeps that off-kilter metallic facet going right until the dry down, ensuring that TOY feels fresh and airy at all times throughout its development. Anybody can wear this at certain situations and occasions.

Recommendation :-

We suggest everyone should try Toy buy only then if like it upon reasonable price. And from the famous toy brand known as Moschino.
