                Houbigant Royale Fougere

Introduction :-

Fougere Royale was launched in 1882 under the one of the oldest and Prestigious fragrance brand Houbigant. Fougere Royale by Houbigant is a Aromatic Fougere fragrance for men. Operating since 1775, the House of Houbigant is the only fragrance house that has existed through four centuries of history. Through these centuries, the per fumers of the House of Houbigant have made groundbreaking discoveries in the formulation of perfumes that have revolutionized forever the way perfumes are constructed. It is not an exaggeration to say that, without the House of Houbigant, modern perfumery as we know it today would not exist. From the start his fragrances found favour with royalty and the nobility. Reengineered from its 1882 regal compound to compliment modern rigors and landscapes, Fougère Royale retains its discriminating, elegant, noble, refined pulse and its pleasant, pastoral beauty. FOUGÈRE ROYALE: THE CONCEPT Created by Master Perfumer Paul Parquet in 1882, Fougère Royale completely revolutionized the world of perfumes and established modern perfumery as it exists today. As well as creating an entirely new fragrance family, Parquet had succeeded in extracting isolated, synthetic molecules from natural, raw materials. In the dedicated pursuit to expand olfactory palettes with novel, new aromas, he’d derived coumarin from the Tonka Bean in a worldwide premiere. In its mission to authentically replicate the original, regal masterpiece from centuries past, the reengineered formula cultivates refined, prestigious raw materials of the highest quality and provenance. Fougère Royale retains its discriminating, elegant, noble, refined pulse and its pleasant, pastoral beauty. A vibrant cocktail of sprakling citrus oils blended with aromatic meditteranean herbs, with sensual warm undertones. First introduced in 1882, fougere royale revolutionized the world of fragrance creating a new category in 'fougere' or fern like perfume which today is the most popular category in the mens fragrances. First introduced in 1882, Fougère Royale completely revolutionized the world of perfumes and established modern perfumery as we know it today. Caron Narcisse Noir

                      Caron Narcisse Noir

Introduction :-

Narcisse Noir (1911) was launched in 1911 under the well known fragrance house known as Caron. Narcisse Noir (1911) by Caron is a Amber Floral fragrance for women. "A mythical fragrance where ambivalent orange blossom meets voluptuous sandalwood." A cult classic! An unforgettable scent with a scandalous reputation…between radiance and the depths of darkness, Narcisse Noir opposes two very different notes. Fresh and dazzling, neroli essence reveals its most radiant facets. An overdose of Mysore sandalwood essence infuses the perfume trail with the powerful velvety scent of this precious wood from India. The contrast between the two is radical. Totally hypnotic. This creation captures several orange blossoms essences. The floral freshness of neroli. The green notes of petitgrain. The honeyed animal nuances of orange blossom absolute. Narcisse Noir is the epitome of sensuality, a perfume trail that spells double trouble! With an unforgettable scent and a reputation for sensuality, our first major success has become an icon of perfumery. Launched in 1911, it revealed one of Ernest Daltroff’s most burning obsessions: white flowers. For his whole life, founder was fascinated by these dual flowers, both innocent and untamed, luminous and full of mystery. Narcisse Noir is a memorable confession of those traits. Fashioned like a chiaroscuro, this fragrance is an impressive ode to the two faces of orange blossom. The tiny flower becomes a grand diva! Dramatic and exuberant, it exhibits its immense beauty – but also its darkest moods. This fragrance is a masterpiece of audacity and creativity, a legend at the peak of sensuality. It’s the signature of a feline woman with an untamable spirit. An angel and a demon at the same time. As most dramatic fragrance, this masterpiece was sure to please the stars of cinema. In 1947, it gave its name to the English film Black Narcissus, directed by Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger. Three years later, on the set of Sunset Boulevard by Billy Wilder, the Hollywood star Gloria Swanson is said to have required that all the sets be sprayed with her cherished perfume: Narcisse Noir, as guessed. True or not, this rumour has only served to feed the myth, making CARON a legend. This poetic fragrance was created in honor of the consecration of the House of Caron. Bold perfume pushes the intrinsic dual personality of orange blossom to the extreme. Immaculate sweetness fuses with brooding, fatally seductive notes. Ambivalent flower is timelessly captivating. Immortalized by Gloria Swanson in the film Sunset Boulevard, Narcisse Noir is a contrast of light and shadow combining the purity of orange blossom with the understated beauty of sandalwood. Caron Narcisse Noir by Ernest Daltroff is a true child of Art Deco, an era in art and fashion marked by the fascination with the East. The movie Sunset Boulevard enshrined this perfume, when Gloria Swanson pronounced the name in a deep sultry voice, “Black Narcissus, Narcisse Noir.” Even without knowing the context in which Narcisse Noir was created, one whiff of this sensual orange blossom can conjure up the Art Deco’s black and white motifs, Greek art inspired lithe figures, geometrical designs and stylized floral freezes. Caron La Collection Privée Narcisse Noir is a captivating fragrance that exudes elegance and mystery. This exquisite perfume is part of Caron's exclusive La Collection Privée, offering a unique olfactory experience for those who appreciate luxury and sophistication. Narcisse Noir is a fragrance that celebrates femininity with its alluring blend of floral and woody notes. The result is a fragrance that is both seductive and timeless, perfect for the modern woman who wants to leave a lasting impression. Crafted with the utmost attention to detail, Caron La Collection Privée Narcisse Noir is presented in a sleek and elegant bottle that reflects the sophistication of the fragrance within. The minimalist design allows the fragrance to take center stage, while the gold accents add a touch of luxury. Whether attending a special occasion or simply want to feel glamorous every day, Caron La Collection Privée Narcisse Noir is the perfect choice. Experience the allure of this enchanting fragrance and indulge in the luxury of Caron's La Collection Privée.

Remark :-

Narcisse Noir by Caron is a floral fruity fragrance for women. Its originality lies in the orange note added to the flowery, fruity base that includes rose, jasmine, musk, vetiver, and sandalwood, making it sweet and fresh. A cult classic! Narcisse Noir. This fragrance offers an innovative composition, with a high concentration of sandalwood. A characteristic boldness of the house of perfumery Caron sublimating, the most beautiful raw materials. By combining the almost animal strength of narcissus, the greed of vanilla and the character of sandalwood, the result is a powerful oriental and floral fragrance with amber notes. The opulence of sandalwood mixed with the green note of narcissus for an exquisite woody trail. Black Narcissus as The name suggests nighttime, malignancy, eroticism. Famously dubbed the Film Noir perfume for expressing in perfume language that genre's contrast between light and dark, white flowers and animalic musk, she (to personify Narcisse Noir) is also beautiful and dangerous, a femme fatale only in it for herself even though she gussies herself up to lure in. Created by Caron founder Ernest Daltroff, Narcisse Noir, often categorized as a floral oriental, is indeed heady. It is sweet like the white Datura flowers flourishing in the front yards of San Francisco Victorians and whose white flowers surprise by growing upside down with Satanic portent. But just as Narcisse Noir's almost cloyingly sweet flowers rise up its musky incensey civety sandalwood base, like a moll's gangster standing behind her with a drawn gun reminds that she's not that innocent. Narcisse Noir opens with a dark and deep narcissus, like it comes from the depths of a country field that is moistened with a warm undercurrent that runs through it.  It’s sharp like the flower, but not so much that it’s all bite.  After around five minutes the orange blossom comes to the surface.  It’s not bright and it’s not juicy, but rather mixed with the narcissus it retains this darker, more mysterious edge.  The jasmine adds a bit of rubberiness to the mix almost like its tuberose.  But soon enough, the darker veil. Narcisse Noir starts very heady, with sweet citrus and orange blossom. The orange blossom is joined shortly by the narcissus, but maintains its prominence through the dry down. Once the top notes fade, it is deep, rich, and very elegant, but no longer particularly heady or overly sweet. As one would expect from a classic Caron fragrance, it is dark, but it is less so than some of the others, and it is also surprisingly clean, with hints of soap and powder. A wisp of smoke very like sandalwood incense runs through the floral notes, and along with the civet provides some depth and counteracts the sweetness. Narcisse Blanc reveals a striking contrast constantly oscillating between opposites. The freshness of orange blossom, bergamot, orange and petitgrain notes meet the woody notes of cashmere wood and vanilla. Two extremes with warm accents that reveal the Caron woman with a complex and magnetic character. This double-faceted woman is revealed through her heart with scents of jasmine, narcissus and rose. The sheer luxury of its opening makes this worth the entrance fee - the most unctuous narcissus lifted by an orange blossom breeze on a cushion of velvety, powdery sandalwood rising from the base. It makes me want to swan about in robes of bejewelled silk. The heart is more of a quality jasmine and there are quite a few of those about, but the ravishment is in the first glimpse and in the absolute luxury of the base which lingers the whole day long. It is a dark fragrance, with a sunny orange blossom note rendered uncharacteristically animalic and brooding. As Narcisse Noir develops, the incense unfolds and wrap the jasmine and orange blossom into a smoky mist.  The eau de toilette is beautiful for its luminous, sparkling quality. The extrait de parfum, on the other hand, is magical, given its rich, smoldering and mysterious character. Notes: orange blossom, lemon, bergamot, and petit grain; rose, jasmine, and jonquil; Persian black narcissus, musk, civet, and sandalwood. Any Woman can wear this at anytime and anywhere.

Guerlain Apres L'Ondee

                   Guerlain Apres L'Ondee

Introduction :-

Apres l'Ondee was launched in 1906 under the most prestigious and luxurious designer fragrance house in the world is known as Guerlain. Apres l'Ondee by Guerlain is a Amber Floral fragrance for women. Apres L’Ondee, meaning “After the Rain,” suggests through its very name an atmospheric fragrance designed to evoke not an object but an experience and emotional state. THE SCENT OF NATURE, GENTLE AND POETIC. Après L'Ondée is part of Guerlain’s Legendary fragrance collection. A collection made of emblematic fragrances, composed for more than a century by 5 generations of Perfumers. These mythical pioneer perfumes compose a unique olfactive library, that the Maison Guerlain endeavors to preserve. Created by Jacques Guerlain in 1906, Après L'Ondée is a celebration of the sunshine after the rain.Smell of a spring-time garden after a downpour, smell of wet leaves and flowers warmed by the sunshine. A LEGEND OF ROMANTIC LOVE, OF RAIN DROPLETS BEADED ON CARNATIONS AND IRISES. GUERLAIN CREATIONS EACH HAVE THEIR OWN STORY AND SOMETIMES STRONG SIMILARITIES. THIS IS THE CASE OF APRÈS L'ONDÉE AND L'HEURE BLEUE, TWO COUNTRYSIDE FRAGRANCES INSPIRED BY THE BEAUTY OF A MOMENT AND A PHOTOGRAPH OF NATURE. CREATED SIX YEARS EARLIER, APRÈS L'ONDÉE HAS A MORE WATERCOLOUR AND PASTEL ASPECT THAN L'HEURE BLEUE. One spring day, a storm breaks out. It pours its waters on the still warm nature. The rain wets every flower petal, every blade of grass, the bark of the trees. And when the storm ends, the sky clears, a few timid rays of sunlight appear and nature is refreshed, sublimating its scents. Après l'Ondée tells the story of the moment when the sound of the rain fades away, giving way to a soft light filtered through the leaves of the trees. And the warm smells of the earth, the leaves and the flowers exalted, to give us its sweetest fragrances. Après l'Ondée is a poetic perfume by Jacques Guerlain, who was walking in the countryside when a storm broke out. Impressed by the smell of nature, he composed this ode to flowers, wet with dew. It is a fragrance full of nuances, delicacy, in communion with the elements of the earth, a fragrance that celebrates the beautiful weather after the rain, a fragrance that makes want to walk barefoot in the grass. Apres L'ondee Lorenzi The rainstorm… Après l’Ondée, which translates from French as “After the Rain Shower” seems like a radiant and exquisitely graceful composition, and yet there is the suggestion of a brooding darkness hiding in its opulent layers. My own relationship with it is complex; it is both a fragrance that served as a gateway for my intense passion for everything Guerlain and a scent of nostalgia. Tribute to Après l’Ondée: Guerlain Apres L’Ondee ~ A Love Story Reformulation and other notes: Après l’Ondée currently exists only in the EDT version. It’s true to the original EDT in that it follows a similar development and has a similar tender, elegant character. All of the nuances are there, but in a paler, softer, thinner rendition. It doesn’t last as well as the vintage version of the EDT, but it’s still beautiful and still wear it with pleasure. A floral fragrance for women. The scent is fresh, delicate, sensual, and alluring. Quand vient la pluie, a fragrance we developed for the exclusive line with Thierry Wasser, when he was not yet the House perfumer, we wanted to work on this theme: treat Après l'Ondée in a more contemporary way with a more present and addictive base. All of this is housed in the sculpture bottle designed by Serge Mansau. Guerlain Après l’Ondée was created by Jacques Guerlain in 1906. Scent right away for its wonderfully delicate combination of orange blossom and violet, tinged with a spicy anise note. The first accord is reminiscent of a spring garden after a tempestuous May shower as the damp earth, drenched leaves and flowers begin to warm up under the sun. The aura of this fragrance is effervescent, innocent and joyous. But there is a dark timbre to Après l’Ondée as well. It is similar to the moment after the rain is over; the sun is shining, yet the clouds still cast somber shadows upon the landscape. The heart blossoms with iris and violet, which much to my delight, is a departure from the traditionally sweet candy-like violet notes. The carnation is subdued and merely adds a spicy ornament. The dry down is smooth and tender, with the sugared almond, vanilla and musk lending it an abstract gourmand sensation. Après l’Ondée is a garden in the first flush of bloom, yet to reveal all of its secrets. The review refers to the eau de toilette of Après l’Ondée. The extrait de parfum is much stronger and longer lasting, with a fairly pronounced velvety iris. It is miles away from the paler EDT. Unfortunately, it has been discontinued due to IFRA regulations on potential allergens which it contained. Nevertheless, for the lack of a better option, the EDT is highly recommended. This is the ray of sunshine mentioned, breaking through the rain clouds. This floral-powdery scent was designed to recall the joys of a walk in the country, the sunshine after the rain, and walking barefoot through wet grass. Apres L'Ondee eau de toilette is a romantic fragrance that evokes violets in the rain. The Apres L'Ondee is a fragrance comparable to a rainy day. The earth is steamy and fragrant, like after a summer storm. Its bittersweet beauty captures the nostalgia that felt and could not express. Like the memory of a first kiss, it was innocent and tender. Some people believe in love at first sight.  Guerlain creations each have their own story and sometimes great similarities. This is the case of Après l'Ondée and L'Heure Bleue, two landscape perfumes that draw their inspiration from the beauty of a moment and from a photograph of nature. Created six years earlier, Après l'Ondée is more watercolor, more pastel than L'Heure Bleue. Designed by Raymond Guerlain, its iconic “inverted heart” bottle is underscored with graceful scrolls typical of Art Nouveau. Its avant-garde stopper, in the form of a hollowed heart, evokes the delicate romanticism of this perfumery masterpiece and represented a real technical feat at the time. This discreet fragrance of absolute romance is presented in a spray bottle inspired by the original Bee Bottle of the Eau de Cologne Impériale, covered in 69 iconic bees of the Empire.
